General Information

Fairview Health Services and Allina Hospitals & Clinics are pleased to announce the 2010 Twin Cities and Regional Clinic Survey.

 

The survey includes 106 key clinic positions in 15 job families to help your organization make strategic business decisions on pay and related compensation practices. See below for a complete list of survey jobs.


Note there are four new positions in 2010 including CT Technologist, Diabetic Educator, Electronic Medical Records Clerk, and Physician Assistant - Specialty Care!
 

2010 Schedule

April 20: Survey registration opens
May 3: Survey instrument distributed (Data effective May 1, 2010)
June 4: Survey participation deadline
Early September: Survey results distributed
 

Pricing and Ordering (pricing same as 2009)

Participants: $75 for PDF results
Non-Participants: $275 for PDF results
Consultants and other non-hospital organizations: $400 for PDF results
* Survey subscription fees continue to be subsidized by Fairview and Allina.
* Printed hard copy is available for an additional fee of $50.

The objective of Denarius Human Resources' survey reports and all methods and procedures used to produce the reports, is to provide maximum information value without disclosing any information that could be specifically associated with an individual survey participant.

 

All survey data submitted by participants for surveys administered by Denarius Human Resources is provided on the basis that the data confidentiality of each participant will be fully protected at all times.

 

Protection of confidentiality extends to compensation data reported and to any kind of observation or form of analysis that could serve to identify a company with its data to an experienced person.
