This survey focuses on pay practices for non-exempt positions typically found across organizations in the Rochester, MN area. The survey covers upcoming compensation adjustments, and pay practices for 21 survey positions. It is brief and will not take long to complete! NOTE: If you participated in this survey last year, we can provide you a list of job matches and reported data to ease the participation process this year. Please contact us for this information.
